Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I personally feel that they both play an equal role in our lives as education gets us to where we want to be in life, but skills helps us to progress with what were doing.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others is great as it gives you the chance to make new friends, you can also learn from each other and help each other when mistake are made.

Describe the benefits of working alone

With working alone your more independant and theres nothing to distract you so you tend to get things done alot quicker.

What was your worst working experience?

Probably having to deal with rude customers who dont want to listen to what youve got to say.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Ive learnt to just get on with the job and reach for the goals that i want.

What unique skills do you have?

im not too sure about unique skills, im can type quite quick and im very friendly to other people.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Ive always wanted to be a rep and after visiting marmaris twice i feel that now is the time to persue it.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Definitely getting to know the customers and their needs. I like to keep busy and as i work in a shop there is always something for me to do.

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I would probably have to say rude and angry customers. I rarely get them but i dont like it when someones rude to you and your just trying to explain. Its all part of the job though i guess.

Why do you feel you deserve a job in marmaris?

I feel i deserve a job in marmaris as ive never really persued anything that ive really wanted to do and never reall y been happy at what ive done. So i think now is the time. It really would be my dream to be working there for 2010.
