Seeking a Job: Living in Kusadasi

What type of job are you looking for?

My background is in educataion and training. I hold a full TEFL Cert also. I teach personal development/life enhancement classes as well as life coaching and personal training. I am open to different job offers which as all previous skills and experience can be utilised in any position. I work great with children as well as adults.

Irish

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English Native Speaker Some Irish

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Kusadasi, Turkey I have moved there.

What countries have you worked in?

U.S.A. /U.K. /Ireland/ Thailand

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Ireland / UK

What field do you currently work in?

Online english tutoring.

What fields have you worked in before?

Teacher in primary/secondary/ adult education. Fitness Instruction/Personal Training. Education Centre Coordinator/ Ran my own health & business centre. Ran my own beach resort/ Tefl

What qualifications do you hold?

Diploma in Training & Education Literacy Teaching Tefl NCEF Fitness Instruction ACE Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

It would depend on the type of position as in some, such as medical practice, one would need formal education to gain skills but in most jobs I feel it is dependant on the person in question. I became a teacher BEFORE i trained in it so I truly feel it can work either way. I felt i would have to be trained in fitness instruction before gaining skills on the other hand.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Individuals have different skills and attitudes and within a team, each can add something to the overall effort. Team Spirit can be a great motivator and also the camaraderie.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Do not have to deal with potential difficult people. Self responsibility is a great teacher also.

What was your worst working experience?

All experiences whether deemed negative or positive always lead to learning and further growth. I have enjoyed all of my experiences.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Self responsibility and adaptability

What unique skills do you have?

I'm a great communicator, finding rapport with people easy. I have a variety of courses and skills under my belt, having travelled and become qualified in many things. I am very adaptable and am suited to most employments.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Author of best selling books!

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Assisting others to change and growth, to become happier healthier people.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Working with people is always interesting.
