I worked until the end of May 2005 as Personal Assistant to the General Manager and Human Resources Coordinator for Honeywell HPG GmbH, an international company in the Aerospace industry in Hamburg / Germany.

The main duties of my job included:

- General office administration and secretarial

work in english and german

- Looking after external visitors (customers and

suppliers)

- Organization of Meetings and Travel Planning

for the General Manager

- Personnel administration (salary, contracts &

terminations) incl. related reporting

- Personnel reports (holidays, sick days and

overtime)

- Job postings

- Management of temporary staff

- Communication with works council

I am currently working as Personnel Recruiter for the (7)S-Group in Hamburg/Germany and I have recruiting experience with finance and office support positions as well as with medical staff. Develop and research new business opportunities are just one of my daily tasks.

I have excellent communication skills and I like to work with people from all over the world and different cultures.
