What type of job are you looking for?

I'm looking for teaching jobs. However I can also do administrative work.

What nationality are you?

Malaysian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak English excellently, malay language & a little bit of turkish.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Turkey particularly Osmaniye because my husband, who is a Turkish is a teacher in Osmaniye.

What countries have you worked in?

Malaysia

What field do you currently work in?

Education. Teaching in a well known university in Malaysia.

What fields have you worked in before?

Management

What qualifications do you hold?

Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) International Business

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skill because it is with skills that one can further enhance their knowledge & capability.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Knowledge sharing, as it is essential for a company to have a team who can work cohesively with each other. The keyword is synergy.

Describe the benefits of working alone

The execution of your own idea into a project.

What was your worst working experience?

So far so good. I believe working experience makes me more mature.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Always believe in yourself and further broaden your knowledge.

What unique skills do you have?

Communication & interpersonal skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

A good salary & benefits (especially health) from employer. Employer who is concern with employees' welfare would be good.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The expanding economic issues & the ability to educate future leaders.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The deteriorating quality of students in this new era.

What are my expectations towards the job?

As I'm an expatriate, I hope the pay would be sufficient accommodated with health benefits as I believe I have a lot to offer. I believe when I could work in sync with employer and will be more motivated towards my job. I'd like a career & not a jumping platform.
