Formal education or skills and why? I feel that skills are more important as these are learnt throughout the job and with experience, whereas what you learn in school, if not used everyday can be forgotten over time. Describe the benefits of working with others Other peoples good ideas can help improve the outcome of tasks and working together helps communication and can increase standards of work, when all of a teams good ideas are used together, and most faults are noticed throughout a project. What one person is not so good at, that may be anothers best. Describe the benefits of working alone Things get done without being sidetracked and concentration is important. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? You are always able to learn something, and noone knows everything. Training is important. What unique skills do you have? I am organised, and able to pick skills up fairly quickly and conscientious learner, I consider myself a team player and mix well in various working environments. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? If I have a job in Turkey, that would already be part of my dream, I am not completely sure, what jobs I would be able to do over there, but anything where I'm happy and able to have job satisfaction. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The work can sometimes have no variance and be the same every day. What am I hoping to achieve from working somewhere new?
