What type of job are you looking for?

I am looking to work within the Hospitality Industry in which i have worked all my life. I am now 30 and am Qualified as a chef. I currently run my own Pizza Shop with my younger brother. I also have a full time day job at a local Golf course here in Australia Melbourne where i run the kitchen and also the Bar and Functions?event Management. I have studied Tourism and Hospitality at LaTrobe University Melbourne and also worked at Mt Buller Ski Resort.

What nationality are you?

Australian and Turkish Citizen.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Turkce ve ingilizce.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Turkey Fethiye

What countries have you worked in?

Australia and Turkey.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Turkey and Australia.

What field do you currently work in?

Hospitality.

What fields have you worked in before?

Sales and Marketing. Cold canvassing. Engineering (with my father who is an engineer)

What qualifications do you hold?

Trade Certificate food High school graduate

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Deffinantly skills! I have learnt more from experiance than i can explain. But without the basis of my formal education it would not have made proper sense! So i must conclude that both are equally as important.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The enrichment of life (i belive) comes from the experiances and interactions with the people around us. So working conciously with people adds another viewpoint to your world thus enabling us to develop on different levels. This might sound like i am a hippy but im not i actually belive this, please read again and youll agree.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone is good if you work well on your own. It also depends on the type of work involved. Also it might be better to work alone at times if the people around you are being distracing. You could be more productive.

What was your worst working experience?

honestly i dont think i should tell you

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

do not get into the drama and gossip at work!!!!!!!!

What unique skills do you have?

I am a very fast thinker and problem solver. I work better under pressure.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Hotel management.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The people the products.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Chopping onions!
