BA Honours degree in Business Administration Supervising health and safety (distinction) English literature and Language (grade B) Mathematics (grade C)

job satisfaction. It feels good to achieve something as part of a team it also makes work a more enjoyable atmosphere.

Higher level of concentration and you know that you have achieved everything yourself.

I worked in a busy bar and restaurant where there was not enough glasses etc to serve all the customers.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

As a manager you must keep on a professional level with your staff and not socialise with them.
