Formal education or skills and why? I believe there must be a harmony between the two of them. Although actual skills have proven to be much more efficient in many situations. Describe the benefits of working with others When working with others you are able to to further develop your interpersonal relationship skills. Plus, when you work in a team, you have the added benefit of having people capable of doing things you are not, thus helping each other in achieving best results. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learned to keep up the pace, always improve your skills.
