I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT WORKING WITH OTHERS.I HAVE BEEN IN RETAIL MANAGEMENT AND MANAGED OVER 300 STAFF IN EACH RETAIL STORE.THE OPEN COMMUNICATION AND HONESTY IS THE STRENGTH I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO APLLY THE HUMAN RESOURCE ROLE.

I THINK WORKING ALONE WOULD NOT GIVE YOU THE EXPERIENCE TO SHARE IDEAS WITH OTHERS TO FIND OUT THERE STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES.
What was your worst working experience?
I REALLY DONT HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE.I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROACTIVE ABOUT ALL ISUES THAT HAVE BEEN PRESENTED TO MYSELF AND HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE ISSUES.

ALWAYS TO THINK IN A POSITIVE MANNER AND TO BE ASSERTIVE.TO UNDERSTAND THE OTHER PERSONS BODY LANGUAGE AND TRY TO ASSIST TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES.

PEOPLE SKILLS AND PROBLEM SOLVING.I HAVE EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
I WOULD LIKE TO HELP CHILDREN LEARN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IN A FLUENT MANNER.

LISTENING AND SOLVING PEOPLE ISSUES.HELPING PEOPLE UNDERSTANDS THE REASONS RATHER THAN JUST TELLING THEM.PROVIDING THE CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME ANSWERS AS THE EMPLOYEES.
