About me

I was born into the catering business, as my parents have been running a chain of Italian restaurants in the UK, Germany and Turkey, for over 25 years. I have helped my father with managing, training, recruiting and administration of several sites. I have also worked in a couple of restaurants in Canterbury, to get an experience of how different people manage restaurants. For five years, I helped my father out in one of his North London restaurants, working as a waitress every weekend. I believe I give excellent customer service, and have had catering training of the highest standard. I know exactly the working environment of every area of a restaurant, be it the kitchen, the floor or working as a manager or supervisor. It is a very challenging job and requires someone who is calm, friendly and collected, but outgoing at the same time.
