Searching for a job in a management positionWhat type of job are you looking for? I'm looking for a job in an international company where I can combine my language knowledges and where I can apply my experiences which I have gained in the company where I'm working now. I'm working as a project manager for a lighting fixtures manafacturer and I'm also responsible amongst others for the export process and the ordering process. What nationality are you? German. I was born in ukraine and have been lived in Germany since 18 years. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? German, russian, english fluently. French - good. Spanish - basics. And I've started to learn turkish. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? In Turkey. Antalya area. I want to move to Turkey as soon as I will get a job there. I love this country since my last holidays there. What countries have you worked in? Germany. What countries do you have a visa to work in? None at the moment. What field do you currently work in? I have started after my education as a foreigh language secretary as a personal secretary of our managing director and I'm now responsible for the project managment and export department. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Without formal education there is almost no chance to show your skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others can be very intersting and you can learn from each other. If you work in a team so everyone can show his skills and you can create a good job from all the skills and knowledges if you combine them. Describe the benefits of working alone It's sometimes also nice, you can more concentrate yourself. What was your worst working experience? Never had. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To think twice before taking a decision. What unique skills do you have? There are many skills which I have. But at the moment its difficult to say which one is unique. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Even a dream job can be after years a nightmare job. Many people would maybe say to work less and get more money. Not in my case, I love to work, to have something for that I'm responsible. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
