Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. To be a good doctor u need to know more skills especially when it comes to emergency cases when we need spontaneous, correct and effective action on saving life. Not only that,with a good skills we can use that to further up research in incurable diseases and also to improve better quality in medical field. Describe the benefits of working with others Despite of improving our communications skills with other, working with a group of people will increase our self esteem to be more confident in giving opinions.Most important thing we can learn how to work in a group, not to be selfish and always try to accept the idea of others and to expose more on how people's thinking especially when we work with other races and nationalities, this would be great opportunity and exposure in our-self also in our career.
