Ý think both are important. talking for a job the skills are very important to be able to do your work properly avoiding mistakes. the theory is one thing but practice and skills are really important.

an 88 years old man who died onboard

to care about the others medical needs, to be able to be nice with them at all time and to give them not only the treatment but the courage and hopes.

so far i have been traveled a lot and i combine the pleasure of duing my profession with the joy of traveling and seeing diffrent countries
