Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

skills...i believe that anybody can pass their educations but to earn skills you must gain lots of experience . You cannot gain these experiences just by passing your education, you can only gain skills by given the chance to prove yourself at a job , this is how i have gained all my skills in all my jobs ,not by my passes from education.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The benefits of working with others is to gain teamwork experience ,to learn how to trust eachother within the work force and to have faith in one another as a group . Always have patience in dealing with other team members who need help and to also push eachother in the right direction in order to make a comapany become successful.

Describe the benefits of working alone

The benefits of working alone means you can get things done your way much faster and alot more concentration is enabled if working alone although a job may be finished slower than with working in a group, it can also be done to perfection.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was when i was a housekeeper for the Travelodge company , when all cleaners have been taught to perfection how to clean yet i still investigated all rooms and found some cleaners cross-contaminating things, i.e using handtowels to wipe the toilet seats .Chrome taps etc not buffed up to my expectations and having to deal with these workers on a professional level.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To always smile no matter what is going on in the workforce or at home , that some people are really not keen to learn no matter how hard you try to teach them.Always put the customers first even when you may not necessarily agree with what is going on .The customers are always right and that you must give 110% in any job.

What unique skills do you have?

I have the ability to calm a situation down without raising my voice. I also have ways of satisfying customers before they leave even though they were not satisfied before me attending them. I also bring customers back to the workforce because of my patience and pleasant manner .

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job would be to have my very own resturant , even a small outlet . I am an exeptional cook and waitress , i used to run my best friends place and i ran it very smoothly with nothing but compliments everyday with very big tips. I would also love to go into the entertainment part of things with a different kind of business.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

It has to be the customers pleased and satisfied faces as they leave and the big thankyou's that i recieve for being such a great host, i always feel that i have done my job well then.

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

There is none. If i didnt love every part of my job then i would try something different .

Please replace this with a question of your own

In every work place there will be a nitpicker customer , how would you deal with this kind of customer and how would you allow them to leave .

How can potential employers contact you?

via email at wbl189@hotmail.com or via phones ....landline number 00441752 604694 mobile 00447856385591
