Not got one sorted yet What field do you currently work in? work in customer service and sales just now... its really good! if I could find something similar over there it would be great What fields have you worked in before? Customer Service, Sales... I briefly worked in a Beauty Salon too What qualifications do you hold? Standard Grades, Intermediate 2's... Standard high school qualifications. I also have a certificate in sports coaching from high school, done a 1 year course in my last year. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I find skills more valuable because I think you always learn from previous mistakes and never make the same ones twice, formal education can get you so far but I think you need to learn more doing the job. Describe the benefits of working with others They help keep me smiling! Making the people around me happy and excited about things keeps me going. Describe the benefits of working alone I prefer working with people, but I suppose it can distract me sometimes so more concentration would be my answer to that What was your worst working experience? People shouting at me over the phone What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always stay calm even when everyone around you is getting worked up, getting yourself stressed out is not worth it, if you keep a clear head everything gets resolved quicker. What unique skills do you have? I motivate myself and other people, I'm always happy, and I can multi-task, quite quick at fixing problems in my head too! What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working abroad and having a good time while doing do What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The field I am in just now isn't that interesting, its made me learn a lot about the environment though! What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
