Formal education or skills and why? I believe both to be equally important. Without a formal education it is impossible to be given the chance to aquire the skills needed in the working world. Once you have gained a formal education it allows you to learn new skills and adapt them to various job roles. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others gives you the chance to interact with different types of people and appreciate their views and opinions. It also allows you recognise each others strengths and delegate job roles accordingly in order to provide the most efficient service or complete a job quickly. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone gives you the opportunity to show intiative and allows you the responsibility to make your own decisions and also the opportunity to rectify any mistakes if necessary. What was your worst working experience? I have not had a bad working experience i have always completed each of my job roles to be the best of my ability and with determination to succeed. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To listen to others around you. Also that there is always a lesson you can learn from what may seem to have been a bad experience. What unique skills do you have? Having worked in a direct sales job for many industries for 10 years i have very good negotiation skills and the ability to aquire new business from cold calling new prospects as well as being able to seek out new opportunities from exisiting clients. I also have the determination, willingness to learn and ambition to succeed in any role i pursue. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Anything sales or customer related either working in a hotel reception or timeshare. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Doing a sales job means that there is no end to your earning potential you can effectively be in control of your own earnings. Also the fact that you get to talk to and meet many different types of people also interests me. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Sales roles are very monotomous however, i am a very tenancious person and thrive on the willingness to succeed.
