Give me skills over education any time. At least I know that a person can achieve the task. Look around you at some of the famous people and you will see most of them didn't have formal education but achieved what they did because of their skills, their attitude and their ability to perform. Formal education only gives you the theory most of the time and not the practice.

One of the most important lessons that I have learned in life is to "face your fears". Fears can hold us back from experiencing everything that life has to offer. When we give into fear we limit ourselves. We can do this, go that far, but no more. Positive thinking allows positive achievements.

Great interpersonal skills Pro-active and re-active Full attention to the smallest of details Team and Leadership skills The ability to work with people of all levels
