My personal opinion is that, formal education as well as every skill gained by non-formal education is important and relevant, because they contribute for further development of professional and personal improvement. Formal education is considered as more focused and specific, and that`s why is needed non-formal education to enrich and broaden the spectrum of knowledge.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Team work offers many benefits, such as stimulating creativity by brainstorming sessions and generating different ideas, development of team spirit among employees and feeling of belonging for striving towards common goal.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone also has benefits, but it depends of the type of work and of personality. Benefit of working alone is that it gives more autonomy and power to decide, person is more disciplined and relying only on its own abilities and skills, and working alone is best for those who don’t want interference with their style of work.

What was your worst working experience?

During my working career I didn`t face some really bad experience, except some isolated cases of delaying salary.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I learnt several important things: - Before starting any working contract, both sides have to set up basic terms of references and description of all conditions for work and obligations. - Always to be professional, honest and diligent; - If you don’t know what to do in certain situation or you don’t understand something, better dare to ask the superior for advice, than taking risk and making mistake.
