I believe skills with the justifications that, the certificate one carry can not speak or interact with people. It is a person that goes out and meet with the different kind of people in business or what so ever. I have seen people who are not educated but started a business as a huckster, they were been cheated in a way or the other but as they keep on putting more skills into the small business they today become expert and own big entities and those who are well educated are working under their supervision. so experience is the best teacher.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others makes you work as a team. working as a team gives eassier and lighter job due to division of labour make you less tired you lean more by shearing ideas at work

No benefits in working alone because, it takes a longer time to see errors get tired too fast in the case of accident or illheath, the work stand still.

the interesting aspects in my field is that; It sells, because 80% of companies or business places in world need either secretary or people with customer service knowldge. Again, it makes me learn as I meet and interact with people from different perspectives
