Hi,

My name is Cecilia Åberg, 30 years from Sweden.

As a person I'm an open, social and positive girl. I'm loyal both to my workingplace as well as my friends. After working abroad I learned alot about being flexibel and take the day as it comes.

I have just finished working season as a guide in Kemer, Turkey for the charter company Turkietresor. Working with arrival and departure transfers, problems, guest contact, hotel visiting’s, mini club playing and activities for children, writing reports, office work, excursions.

I used to work in a contact center, as a phone operator for different companies, and my main task is taking damage reports for 2 big real estate corporations. To be the link between the guest and the genitor.

I was working as a receptionist in Side Resort and hotel Risus (they are sisterhotels) in Turkey. In Side Resort I was working a lot with guest contact talking with the guest around the poolarea, giving new arravels information about the hotel, I also translated from Danish, Swedish and Norweigen into English. At hotel Risus I was working alone in the reception with check-in, check-outs, reservations, give guest information, calling taxi ect. In both hotels it was 98% scandinavian guests.

I have attended "My Travel Service Acadamy" school located at Alcudia, Mallorca. This is an 8 week long guide school were we for e g learned to understand Norwegian and Danish better, talk and perform in front of people, welcome meetings, how to treat guests and how to solve problems and to give the guest the best holiday we can and a lot more.

I have worked as a dog keeper in England two times and I speak very good English. I have studied "computerbased office administration" learned how to work with salarys and take orders. I’ve have also studied business economy, businesslaw and computerknowlage.

Before I went to Turkey I worked at a supermarket called "Coop Forum" where I worked for 5 years. I have also worked as a substitute kindergarden teatcher for almost a whole schoolyear. This were a very fun and I really learned alot.

I think working for you would suit me because I like to work with people and knows what good service are. To put the guest in centrum is the most importent thing without satifaed coustermers the company will not have returning guests.

I can guarantee you a good co operation and I hope to hear from you soon

YOUR SINCERELY

Cecilia Åberg
