Managing, supervising, and controlling daily shipments / movements and ensuring smooth delivery . Continuously review current shipments with the involved operators to ensure best routing . Operations activities report reflecting all shipments. Monitoring revenue, profit and cost controls from an operations point of view across the business at a region level. Ensuring Ocean operational efficiency in the Afsys system . |
