Merhaba!! I was just browsing the internet and come accross this site. I have wanted a summer job in marmaris for some years now. Ever since i visited the country when i was a child i was drawn to it and returned every year. I love it, it's got a great atmosphere and i'd just love to work there and be a part of it. I would like a job as a waitress or maybe working in a hotel even. If you could reply and give me some information on how i could get a job in marmaris and help me step in the right direction i would really appreciate it. Thankyou!! Abbii..<3

Hello, I am looking for a job in Marmaris for about 4-5 months. I was thinking along the lines of bar work. I just got back from Marmaris about 1 week ago and I absolutley loved it over there, there is such a good atmosphere, I just want to go back and gain more of an experience over there, learning the language and meeting more new people. If anyone knows of a job going I would REALLY apprechiate it if they let me know. Thanks Mellissa

Hello i would love to work in Marmaris. I like this place so much! I know its not all that nice the way you see it as a tourist. Its hard work but i can do that for sure. Ive tried before to work in Marmaris and somebody did find me a job. But i had to leave the next day. I have a dog and i would love to bring him but i dont know if that is possible.. Dont know if the place where i work would let me take him. Cause most of the time work have a appartement for you. And my dog is half boxer, half stafford. I dont know if he is allowed in turkey. And i cant find the answer for that.

Hey to everyone that would like to work in Marmaris.. I have worked there for 3 summers and let me tell you that its hard work. I first worked for a travel agency and that was good enough. the money wasnt great but it was for the experience. Last summer i worked in a doctor office 6 days a week and 375 hours a month..!! thats a lot. and the pay was under 1000 ytl. that had to cover house rental, water, electric, and that was half of the money gone there, food and everything else. usually you work so much that you dont have time to do anything else. and one the one day off, (if you have one) you are to tired.I just want to remind you that going on a holiday and working there are two totally totally differnt things. If you still go there then good luck to you all. and remember to check what job it is they want you to do, and that you get the money your supposed to. it happens to often that money is lost in translation (to say it nicely) I hope this has not scared anyone to bad. Just wanted to give some tips, that i wished someone had told me before i went. good luck • Page 1 (Original Post) •
