In my opinion both are important, because nowadays without education and any skills u will reach nothing but, but some skills are very useful than formal education,for ex. my friend is a tailor and she gets much more money then my University degree Describe the benefits of working with others Its much more interesting and useful. With stuff u feel more freedom than alone. Describe the benefits of working alone when u work alone u are responsible to everything. u have only yourself to blame and to be proud of but working alone is a bit boring. What was your worst working experience? I worked at the Institute and the manager was very dull and mean person, I hated the job and finally had to leave it.
