Formal education or skills and why? skills, because not eveyone was fantastic with a pen and paper but alot of people do have the experience and have been around certain enviroments. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits are that you are working with diffrent cultures and you can learn alot about there way of life also i love problem solving so that always helps whenyou work with others Describe the benefits of working alone working alone you have to go by your own judgement and it makes you feel good when you solve a problem. Just when i had to deal with a problem with a holiday maker , i had to call the ambulance to him because his kidneys was failing and i had to calm the family down What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That no matter how rude the customer gets you should always try to calm the situation What unique skills do you have?
