skills, because not eveyone was fantastic with a pen and paper but alot of people do have the experience and have been around certain enviroments.

The benefits are that you are working with diffrent cultures and you can learn alot about there way of life also i love problem solving so that always helps whenyou work with others

working alone you have to go by your own judgement and it makes you feel good when you solve a problem. I like being in control as well

Just when i had to deal with a problem with a holiday maker , i had to call the ambulance to him because his kidneys was failing and i had to calm the family down

That no matter how rude the customer gets you should always try to calm the situation
