First of all Turkey. After beginning of the 2011 Latin America; Europe, Turks and Caicos Islands and Japan.Because after 2011 I will be resign from Turkish Government. Projects Evaluation, Monitoring, Team-working, Presentation in The Congress and Seminars, Lecturer etc.. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both of them is valuable because when integration formal education and skill you can go success. Describe the benefits of working with others I like working together with foreigner coleagues because we can superpose our knowledge and can give each other technology transfer. Describe the benefits of working alone I accostom working alone because when you alone you should solve all problems yourself and this makes one expert all the time active and self-confidence. What was your worst working experience? I started project designer for my first work and this is the worst experience because before I did not know construction area then I went the construction area and I got easily image the project. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Team-working, follow technology about your subject and communication all way with your coleauges all over the world. What unique skills do you have? I can easily contact all over the world with my coleauges because about Transportation I made a lot studies. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Team Leader an International Project and Coordinate all works with Public and Private sector. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Nowadays a lot interstiing aspects start my field such as; Intelligent Transport System, Inter-modality, Highway Information Systems, Infrastructure Financing with Public Private Partnership etc. I have been interesting in all these aspects actively. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? In the transportation sector all modes can integrate each other therefore all aspects important. Why do you application a Japan Job? Because I learnt very much and very honoured working in Japan. I attented in Japan 23 August 2003 and 9 November 2003 a group certificate training course and that course for me a honour.
