Turkey, Bodrum I've lived in Istanbul for many years and want some change. Also I a classical musician (countertenor) and I could find musicians as well in Bodrum. What countries have you worked in? Education What fields have you worked in before? Hairdresser, tourism, bartender, tour guide. What qualifications do you hold? For teaching: 6 years of experience in a private school in Istanbul Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. Because of my personality and experience I became a skillful teacher without having certificates in this field. To be able to "connect" with almost every student What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be a physical and emotional healer using music but in teaching? A job where you are being appreciated by boss, co workers and students. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The interaction with students, making a connection. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Students who are unwilling to learn or study. Why are you good at what you do? Because I use my experience as a European and as an "older" individual to teach more than just English. They learn also the Western European ways, a different culture.
