1) write technical specs of new service, solution and products. 2) evaluate services/ products from new vendors. 3) prepare RFPs (request for proposal)and consider RFQ (request for quotation). 4) start new project and follow up processes . 5) planning for license expansion , as well as software and hardwar. 6) flexible to handle any kind of responsibility

1) Log files or CDR analyzing . 2) check up reports on daily basis. 2) suggest and test new features.
