Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both. Just formal education without skills is not enough to do a job. Because when you work, the type of job you do can be different from the theory you studied.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with a team makes it easier. People share their obligations. If there are rewards for doing good job, they will compete with each other, and thus work will become better and better. Working with a competition is much more interesting.
Describe the benefits of working alone
If the job you do contains confidential information, it's better to work alone. Or if you have to take control for something by thinking deeply, working with others can be disturbing for you. In these cases, I think, it's better to work alone.

Selling cosmetics on the market.

1)Always rely on yourself. 2)Check all the documents before receiving them.

A job connected with the traveling and with a good payment.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
I work with foreigners, with their visas, registering and deregistering them at the Local Immigration Service Department. And I find it very interesting. Sometimes it is so interesting, as I don't notice how fast I spend the working hours.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Fortunately there is no such things in my job that I could say it is not interesting.
