Turks and Caicos to experience a different culture and the climate is like that of my island.

Jamaica

What field do you currently work in?

Registered Nurse

What fields have you worked in before?

Administration - secretary

What qualifications do you hold?

Certificate in Nursing

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both are valuable, but when an individual has a skill they are more marketable.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Teamwork is of utmost important especially in the nursing field. Nurses work dependently, independently and interdepently to optimal care.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Decision making can be quicker and less time consuming.

What was your worst working experience?

My work working experience was seeing a member of staff injured one of my patients.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most mportant lesson I have learnt throughout my career is that you have love the field of nursing to perform at your utmost best.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I am already in my dream job, being a registered nurse.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

To see my clients being discharged from the ward who was admitted a some weeks ago acutely mentally unwell.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

All aspects are interesting.
