Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable, you need formal education to enhance your skill. However skill acquisition is most valuable Describe the benefits of working with others To be a team player is good. Costly mistake can be identify by others and be corrected immediately.Others could be a witness to whatever you are doing. Make work faster and promote efficiency of labour. What was your worst working experience? One will be more focused, concentration is 100%. Work is done at your convinience and in your own style. I feel fulfilled when a patient comes in with a seemingly intractable problem and i am part of the team that help to solve the problem. i am most happy seening patient discharged from the hospital smiling home.
