Turks and Caicos Islands - Sales Jobs

Seeking Employment

What type of job are you looking for?

I am seeking Sales Management, customer service, or hospitality type work.

What nationality are you?

American

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Fluent English

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Turks and Caicos. My husband and I have family there and we desire to relocate.

What countries have you worked in?

America

What field do you currently work in?

I am the Sales Manager for a very large construction staffing company in Atlanta, GA; USA.

What fields have you worked in before?

Sales, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Customer Service, Theater.

What qualifications do you hold?

Resume available upon request.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

A formal education is no good if you do not possess the skills to utilze the education. I know many people whom are unemployed after spending many years becoming educated. I personally have a great education and a great job in the USA...and I feel that my skills are above average.

Describe the benefits of working with others

I enjoy the many different types of personalities, and the challenges that also brings about.

Describe the benefits of working alone

I find it easy to focus while working alone. I spend the majority of my day unsupervised and alone...and I am very successful. I am the number one sales manager in Atlanta in my particular field, so being alone works for me.

What was your worst working experience?

I have learned from all of my work experiences, however, I did have a manager a few years ago who enjoyed making everyone miserable. He had no moral values and I dreaded seeing him every day.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

If you make it to the top, you still have to continue to work hard. The higher up you are, the further you have to fall.

What unique skills do you have?

I have the unique ability to make almost everyone like me, and enjoy my company. Sometimes I wonder why people buy the product that I sell, and I wonder if I've done a good job...but they always come back for more...because they enjoy ME.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Living in Turks and Caicos, helping my family run their resort. It is a distant dream, but one that I hope to achieve. They just recently purchased the Blue Horizon Resort, so they do not have enough funds to hire a full staff yet.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

I get to wear dirty jeans and a hard hat and talk to construction workers all day. Many people wonder what a pretty girl is doing on a construction site, but that is my job!

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Having men stare at me all day, it gets a little uncomfortable.

Please replace this with a question of your own

How can your company help me reach NEW heights in my career???

How can potential employers contact you?
