Formal education or skills and why? l consider Skills to be more valuable, because these are possessed and one can unleash them any time given the opportunity no matter the state or condition of work. Formal education is good but much of it is theoretical which lacks the practical application. So if given one starting point the person with skills may easily move faster than the other of formal education. All in all the two are inseperable, you need either of the two to made a better stride. Describe the benefits of working with others It creats team work spirit hence you drop the selfishness mentality,you get to know new ideas through sharing knowledge, you get to learn people's attitude and behaviour which can help you manage others in the longrun if elevated to managerial level. You give room for criticism and commments on what you do from your fellow work mates or superiors which gives you confidence in the longrun. Describe the benefits of working alone You take lion share of profits if realised, you take the credit in case success is registered in your endeavours however you take the shame and blame alone in case failure is realised. What was your worst working experience? 1 have a four years working experience in the field of accounts having worked as a school bursar, l also have working experience in media monitoring and research for 4 years having worked for Synovate Media & Research up to date. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Being honest, organised, self motivated, confident, keen on what l have been key to my career. l never worry about my track record and this encourages me to aim even higher What unique skills do you have? Am computer literate Self motivated hence can work with minimal supervision. Am a quick learner and very flexible. l have the potential to provide a solution to challenges ahead of me no matter the circumstance sorrounding it What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working for UN in any field most especially Accounts, Research, Administration and others. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Accounts trains you how to receive and account for what you ve received. It also trains you to budget as well as making projections for the future. Research teaches you new things because every day you learn new things, It also teaches you to make analysis on a number of issues since the data is at your disposal. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Accounts is very tempting so if one is not honest l may land you in trouble. Research is very costly, time consuming and needs alot of patience to deliver good reliable information.
