Formal education or skills and why? To me both are equally important in a way that,if you have the skills but you are not taught how to use those skills for better production,then you will not succeed.Equally,when you are taught but you do not have the skills,then you can as well fail to progress in future. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others helps in improving ones skills,promotes discipline,cooperation and ensures self drive.Also there is increased production as a result of either specialization or enough labor force.
