Formal education or skills and why? formal education this is because its from education one is able to learn and then develop the skills like business communications pprinciples to proper communication skills, principles of management to organisational skills, computer science to computer skills Describe the benefits of working with others Acknowledging others’ opinions and contributions Helping colleagues when they’ve run into obstacles Sharing important information and knowhow Avoiding anti-social behaviours such as dominating team discussion or shouting colleagues down Describe the benefits of working alone working alone enables one to concentrate on a given task one tends to complete the work in time compared to a team serious conflicts among teams are minimised What was your worst working experience? it was that first day when i had to teach students coputerised accounting and some of them didn't have any knowledge of accounting and the course was for one and half month. however since accounting and computer science are practical subjects, i motivated my students by using practical illustrations so as to understand better and at end i was able to register 60% good performance. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? loving and understanding my roles/ duties to perform and then planning how to perform the taskes What unique skills do you have? My unique skills are my calculating, training, and marketing skills. An example of my training ability is a project for which I trained a group of 16 new employees for the help desk, and they were able to function 20 percent faster than their predecessors. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? first of all, it would give me satisfaction , happiness and also growth i.e successful accountant What are the most interesting aspects of your field? it encourages interaction with other collegues i.e team working it exposes me to the out side enviroment i.e working in the field it is practical in nature What are the least interesting aspects of your field? it requires alot of revision from international accounting standards and international financial reports it requires me to have an understanding of management princples What do you think your former coworkers would say about I think they would say that I’m friendly, efficient, and professional. An example of my friendliness is that I always make it a policy to take a coworker out to lunch sometime during his or her first week of employment. I know how it feels to be new and how much it is appreciated when another employee makes the effort to reach out. It’s important to me to help my coworkers feel comfortable.
