customer care/enquiries, receptionist, banking officer, clerk, data entry, cooperate sales/relationship sales executive.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Uganda and in the following districts; kampala, mbale, jinja, soroti,mukono,lira. I love my country and would love to work in my country. i prefer working in the above districts cause im flexible with the local languages used in those districts, so communication skills wont be a barrier

only Uganda so far.

What field do you currently work in?

Direct sales in crane bank Uganda limited at mbale branch.

What fields have you worked in before?

What qualifications do you hold?

under graduate Bachelor of Information Technology makerere university year two (financial constraints) Diploma in networking systems Makerere University certificate in computer aplications makerere University. U.A.C.E and U.C.E and P.L.E.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

skills education, because the field demands requires skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

woking with others helps build my team work spirit, meet new challenges and learn how to over come them, interact and identify new skills from them.

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone builds my ability to become a reliable, trustworthy and efficient person. This also builds the confidence in me to work alone under minimum supervision. It also helps me to stand out to my responsibiities i.e i will be accounted for and responsible for everything i do.

What was your worst working experience?

im facing a worst experience at the moment, iam(we)never motivated by my(our)boss not even a "thank you" no matter how hard i(we)try.i have to work on commission yet we are faced with heavy challenges like competitors, transport, no lunch allowances.yet we always bring results. worst of all in case of any mistake we are confronted like dogs infront of every one. His approach is not ethical at all and brings fear all the time. this weakens my ability to work yet i have great love for work and willing to meet the organisational goals fullfillment.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

learnt how to work harder and edure no matter how hard the situation,i have to focus on doing my best. learnt to over come challenges. learnt how to work under pressure and beat deadlines. learnt how to work under minimum and no supervision at all learnt that a customer is always the boss and learnt how to deal with customers. learnt how to out compete competitors. above all learnt how to love my job and tresure it.

What unique skills do you have?

very good computer skills, microsoft packages i.e word, excell,powerpoint,access etc,web site developing, emailing, internet banking etc. Profficiency in communication skills particularly public speaking and writing. effective and dedicated customer care service skills. A good sense of humor and team work spirit and honest at times. Highly developed listening and analytical skills. Endowed with abundant mentality and smartness at all times. I love sharing and meeting new challenges and a good time keeper as well. Great levels of flexibility when need be. A highly motivated person with the zeal to become a trustworthy, reliable, effecient person who is enthusiastic about work to succeed on own innitiative and part of team work spirit under minimum supervision.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

IT specialist, banking officer, excecutive customer care representative or officer.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

meeting, getting to know and interacting with new people from different backgrounds.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

when customers waste alot of my time with out any gain yet i value time as money, even though they are always the bosses.
