Non as yet i have just completed my studies in Quantitaive Economics at makerere What field do you currently work in? Agriculture but on a private basis What fields have you worked in before? Catering and hotel industry Ministry of Finance Budget Policy What qualifications do you hold? Yet to graduate in Quantitaive Economics Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i consider skills, reason being the results of ones work proves compitence compared to education. i dont despise formal education but many a time it does not give the feel of the real world which is result oriented. Describe the benefits of working with others 1. there a high chance that i get to learn more than i thought i knew so i broaden my knowledge. 2. i get to learn to deal with different people,...the best in a hu,an being is exposed at their worst. 3. FINALLY IS an island, we need each other in this life to get our work done with ease. What was your worst working experience? my trainer resigned a week after i enrolled and i had to figure out how things were done. secondly a supervisor of mine always allocated a lazy taem mate to me so i ha to do 90% of the work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patience and perseverance and staying calm leads me to greater heights What unique skills do you have? i am good at mobilizing people to work as a group/team. i have a strong logical mind and strong will that has helped me manage to get my assignments done. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? a CEO.... What are the most interesting aspects of your field? statistics, the figure tell you more than words can explain.
