What fields have you worked in before? marketing What qualifications do you hold? Bachelors in Business Administration and management at Uganda martyrs university, Nkozi. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? formal education because; 1. you acquire this education 2. you are able to put into practice what you have acquired 3. hence skills. Describe the benefits of working with others just as the saying, two heads are better than one. 1. you combine efforts and work towards achieving the set target. 2. alot is learnt and improvement is always made. 3. it is better and easy to create a chain of friends that leads to more customers. Describe the benefits of working alone 1. laziness is avoided and work is done with a persons' all effort. 2. time is saved. 3. there's always alot of effort put by an individual. What was your worst working experience? when the employer does not pay attention to the employees but just minds about results. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? everything that is done, should be done with determination and effort. love it and improve where weak results have come up. What unique skills do you have? hard working, good communication skills, teamwork, good computer knowledge, reasoning, quickly assimilate concepts. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? anything to do with finance makes me happy. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? making returns, data entry, reconciliation and analyzing all data.
