What countries have you worked in? Uganda,Rwanda and Burundi. What field do you currently work in? HIV/AIDS Educator/Trainer What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as the Assistant Supervisor in the following companies: The New vision company LTd,Kezaala Stationary and General Services,Maganjo Grain Millers.Counselor in HIV/AIDS and as an HIV/AIDS Educator. What qualifications do you hold? I have a certificate in Counseling and Guidance,Certificate as an HIV/AIDS Educator/Trainer,Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education(U.A.C.E) and a Uganda Certificate of Education(U.C.E) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because here you perform to the best of your knowledge even though formal education is also good. Describe the benefits of working with others Here you learn how to associate with the different people from different cultural background. You also learn people's attitudes towards your work whether they appreciate or not. As you know that a dull person with a narrow mind,makes his/her legs weak minus someone to direct him/her leading to a saying that "Two heads are better than one" Describe the benefits of working alone Their is over concentration of what your doing. As you that a group of rats cannot plan or make there hibery or home,so,there is easy planning of work. What was your worst working experience? When i visited Burundi as country deep in the village for Training and i was or requested to reach a person who was expected to be bewitched by village doctors and was neglected with no hope of recovering yet according to my experience he had a lot of opportunistic diseases where i suspected him to be HIV positive and the hospital was very far seven miles away.I had no hope of helping this person.No counselors at all the health center only treating Malaria.
