None. What field do you currently work in? I have just completed a diploma course in flight operations/ dispatch. What fields have you worked in before? I worked with an NGO as a volunteer of home based care. What qualifications do you hold? Diploma flight operations. certificate in computer application. certificate as a nursing assistant. Uganda Advanced certificate in Education. Uganda Certificate in Education. Primary Leaving examination. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills because its the skills we acquire that we put into practice and keep on improving the more they are applied. Describe the benefits of working with others When working with others, efficiency is acquired because for in case you make a mistake, you friend will alert you and therefore immediately adjust. It can also help to save time since a similar task can be accomplished very fast as a group compared to an individual. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can help you perfect on your skills say computer kills. Since you will be faced with a challenge and therefore forced to look for the most possible solution. What was your worst working experience? This was when i found my self working a head of others and therefore lost co-ordination. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learn t to put safety as the most important factor What unique skills do you have? The unique skills that i do have are my knowledge of civil air law, load control. dangerous goods, human factors,meteorology and an introduction to cabin crew duties and responsibilities. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is one where i love the people, the job and cant wait to get to work. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Ensuring safety . Since i can only be at peace after my aircraft company has reached safely. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The tension of flight monitoring since i will never feel comfortable until a safe lading of my company aircraft has been made.
