web developer, software developer, Network adminstrator or Database Adminstrator

What nationality are you?

I am a Ugandan

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak fluently Luganda, Ateso and English. Ialso try Kiswahili and Lunyankole.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Across East Africa because of the nature of climate and likeness of people's life style

Not any

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Not any

What field do you currently work in?

Am an IT final student at the University

What fields have you worked in before?

Not any

What qualifications do you hold?

I have a certificate in CISCO fully certified, am currently persuing a bachelors in IT as well as MCSE.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills because they enhance the productivity of the labour force as well as improving the quality of the output.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Many heads are better than others always. It creates a plat form where one can learn from another, experience can be shared and always diversities of cultures teaches new things every day

Describe the benefits of working alone

It reduces errors and some times there is a lot of commitment by individuals

What was your worst working experience?

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The advantage of working in a group and recognizing every persons contribution.

What unique skills do you have?

Ability to learn from others and combine it with my own inticts to make the output so unique and cost effecient

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Software Developer

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Developing a software that fits the market without criticisms

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Developing a software for a full year when things are not working out.
