Not any What qualifications do you hold? I have a certificate in CISCO fully certified, am currently persuing a bachelors in IT as well as MCSE. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because they enhance the productivity of the labour force as well as improving the quality of the output.
