Application For a Network Administration VaccancyWhat type of job are you looking for? Iam looking for a job as a Network Administrator, or Exchange Administrator. What nationality are you? Iam a Ugandan by nationality. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak English, Swahili and Luganda. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Particulary, iam looking to work in Uganda. However, i would not mind having a chance in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda or Tanzania. What countries have you worked in? Only in Uganda. What field do you currently work in? I work in both the Cisco and microsoft fields of Information Technology. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in the Cisco and Microsoft networking fields. What qualifications do you hold? I do hold an MCSE, CCNA and Higher Deploma in Software Engineering. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both Formal and Skilled education is equally valuable, because as developping partners all over the world, we need each one of them to be able to achieve the next step. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others is that the work load is evenly distributed hence enhanced efficiency and sharing of ideas is realised within the working enviroment. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone is that you get the opportunity to enjoy a huge profit when realised. Any misunderstandings that may arise in the event of working with other partners are highly minimized. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when i generated a lot of money for my company as a Cisco Instructor following real hard work and my boss paid me with a remune that is not even mouthsome! What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most common lesson i have learnt throughout my career is being able to learn from those who are better than you by asking and marking very sharply what you have discovered so as not to ever forget it. Being able to keep your cool even when you have obviously been provoked. It helps keep you going. What unique skills do you have? Talking about unique skills, iam well equipped with Microsoft Access, SQL Server and more majorlly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator applications. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My Dream job would be An "Ethical Hacker" What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Subnetting, managing Exchange Servers and working with Active Directory domain controllers is what i like most. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
