I hold a certificate in computer application skills.from Makerere University Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education because with it,one cannot fail to pave a way for their survival in life.In other words one can easily attain skills with the formal education Describe the benefits of working with others One learns how to relate with others. A lot is shared if one works with others to full fill the saying that goes "knowledge shared is knowledge gained"hence better results Describe the benefits of working alone There is much work done as it minimizes vices such as gossip at work. It is easy to manage work if one is alone in a sense that since they know that they are accountable and answerable.so there is no laziness displayed as people normally have a tendency of waiting for others to do certain work because those accountable and answerable are many. What was your worst working experience? It was when i had this deadline to hit and had to print out a report but the electricity went off and took three days to come back yet the organizations generator was had mechanical problems. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt to always keep my promises. What unique skills do you have? I have got good managerial skills. I have got training skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to become a manager of an organisation which i may have founded. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? My field deals with the interaction with the people in general.This is important in a sense that one gets to appreciate different people as they interact with them. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
