What fields have you worked in before? Private Practice and Covenyancing, Civil Aviation operations and regulation. What qualifications do you hold? Master of Laws in Law (Commercial), Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Certificate in Civil Aviation Management and Regulation. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills are more valuable, since they bring it the additional potential that is never discovered by many while in school and this helps adapt to situations at work. Describe the benefits of working with others Its a humbling learning experience is your ready to observe,listen and take advise. Describe the benefits of working alone You can concetrate more and possibly deliver on time lines much faster. What was your worst working experience? As a lawyer having to defend a position I do not believe in court. Has always been a bad expereince other than that so far have had none that easily comes to mind. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That learning never ends and you need many others to make it. What unique skills do you have? Among few (if not only one) lawyers who have worked in more than one East African Country in a parastatal in Civil Aviation Operation and Regulation What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To start up with a company as its a legal advisor and grow with it as it becomes a major service provider in the region of East Africa and beyond. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? That law is an ever changing field that requires constant study which opens your mind always. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
