Formal education or skills and why? Formal eduction is more valuable as it gives opportunity of acquiring knowledge theoritically and practically. it also creates a platform for acquisition of wide range of training in various fields Describe the benefits of working with others it gives me the opportunity of tapping from other peoples experience and ideas and they also tap from me in order to achieve the anticipated objectives at the long run. But it is not quite the best to work alone as it may lead to job boredom, then dissatisfaction set in What was your worst working experience? A boss intimidating his workers, whether you perform right or wrong. And worst of all, sexually harrassing innocent female employees before they are given the job, and even while on the job in order to retain the job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Motivation is very important for increased productivity among workers and to get the best behaviour out of them.Leaders in all sectors should be democratic and not autocratic in order to gain respect from subordinates What unique skills do you have? I have efficient Shorthand wrtitng skills, Computer skills, Communuication and leadership skills, inter-relations skill both on the job and outside the job. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To impart knowledge on people via lecturing and to work as a management consultant. Supervising and leading inclusive. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Ability to put down thoughts into writing through my knowledge of Shorthand and typing. By this, ive authored several books and also willing to write and publish more books given the financial opportunity. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I hate mediocrity and laziness. i dont like being handicapped or anything to stop me from actualising my goal. It makes me feel estranged.
