English Lunyakitara and Luganda very good in all of them What country or area are you looking to work in and why? public service and NGOS , because these are these directly deal with the local community, and l all l want is to work among people encouraging them and seeing them turn their misery in to happiness. What countries have you worked in? uganda only and mainly as an intern or volonteer What countries do you have a visa to work in? In the whole of Africa. What field do you currently work in? I am just volunteering in the outreach department of Uganda martyrs university Nkozi. What fields have you worked in before? Supervising road construction mainly dealing with the workers welfare for example feeding health ,hygiene. What qualifications do you hold? A second class upper bachelors degree in Ethics and Development Studies of Uganda martyrs university, lam finalizing with my research for the a ward of a masters of science degree in development economics. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? l think both are valuable because once you get formal education, then you can be able to explain why certain things are done the way they are, skills alone is not enough, each is the supplement of the other. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefits are so many first all the people are different, so by working with other helps you to learn so many ways of doing the same thing from so many other, then also no man is an island we all need each other in one way or the other. At times we need some people to encourage us in our low times.besides when u work as a team you accomplish so much in a short time, the companies goals can be achieved with easy if one works with others. Describe the benefits of working alone this really depends with personalities, extroverts like am can not have so much benefits under this condition while as introverts will perform better under this condition. personally l would work but would not be able to enjoy the work fully. though at times one needs to concentrate and work alone because it is early to make a decision on what to do and when. What was your worst working experience? l have not yet had any as such What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? all employees are different so its important to take time study them. and respect for one's boss and fellow employees so as to attain the companies objective or goal is the most important thing What unique skills do you have? l have excellent computer skills ,am good at research , community mobilization, data entrant analysis with spss and epi info packages, l like to be work with children, am sociable and some skills in planning. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? any job dealing with reaching out to the people either disabled children any kind am very flexible.
