Looking for job in Adminstration fieldWhat type of job are you looking for? I prefer much Jobs concern with Administration Field. What nationality are you? i am Tanzanian. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Fluent English and Swahili in both speaking and writting. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Any East African country mostly in Uganda.To contribute my pontentials for East Africa contries by using skills and knowledge i have in Public Administration field,also to make myself in position of being among those who realy benefit with the policy of free labour mobility within East Africa members. What countries have you worked in? I am working in Tanzania ,as the hospital Administrator so called Mwambani Desgnated District hospital at Chunya District found in Mbeya region in Sourthen zone of Tanzania. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Uganda ,Kenya,Burundi,Rwanda and Tanzania. What field do you currently work in? Currently i work in the field of Administration in facility dealing with heath delivery in District level. What fields have you worked in before? saruji production as depertment supervisor. What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor degree of Public Administration from the University of Dodoma in Tanzania. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills is more valuable because it is only skills which gives you ability to learn and understand,to make good decision in hard situation. Describe the benefits of working with others you can easily learn from others and become more competent than ever,it also gives an opportunity of always being a suitable decision maker because of incorperatong other in such decision. Describe the benefits of working alone It saves time in decision making instead of having discussion with others then you decide you alone,it also reduces unnecessary conflict which might arise because of different opinion and interest during making some decision. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience is internal unethical classes that reduces efficiency at working place. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt many things but the most one, you have to be creative to forecast how organisation shoud servive profitably for the future,this will enhance you to create another source of income rather than depending on what you own currently. What unique skills do you have? i proud by being flexible,fast learner,tolerant in hard environment,and creative enough.i am also computer literacy in advance What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
