Formal education or skills and why? skill is the practical approach towards the theory we learn. so both are ultimately required to perform any kind of job. Describe the benefits of working with others We can learn different approaches towards work,know about different personalities,know how to handle others Describe the benefits of working alone we can do the work perfectly but we can think only from one angle and we cannot think about the varied options available. What was your worst working experience? According to me work has to be done only if you really love to do it if not the result will be dreastic. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Common sense is reqiured when you work in corporate world but what we find is common sense is not common.
