Im looking to work in Kampala-Uganda.This is because the market is quite big and hence potential areas to be exploited which will lead to high sales turnover.This has been through experience. Currently,i dont have a visa to work in any country since the countries i have worked in dont require visas. What field do you currently work in? I am in the field of sales.I am working as a sales executive in an ICT company in Ksmpla-Uganda. What fields have you worked in before? I worked in the field of sales and marketing in Wandegeya-Kampala. I also worked in the field of accounting with Safaricom Company in Kenya. What qualifications do you hold? I am pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University,Uganda. I hold a certificate in Computer Packages from Geocathy Institute of Latest Technology,Kenya. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills to be more valuable.This is because in any type of job,one exercises the skills gained to achieve the wanted goals. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others include but not limited the following; One is able to relate well with the society due to interacting with pple from diffirent backgrounds. One is able to handle different people differently depending on their behaviours and response towards certain issues. One is in a position to share ideas and also inquire from the other staff incase of a problem. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone include but not limited the following; Easy decision making since decisions are made by only one person. Time saving since there are no opinions from people. Less conflicts in the office since one is just working alone. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when i worked for four months without being paid salaries. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson that i have learnt throughout ma career is that success is as a result of hardwork and determination. What unique skills do you have? Marketing skills whereby im in a position to convinience a client to my best and thereafter close a sale. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I consider a dream job as a job whereby i will be in a position to exercise my full potential to achieve my goal. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
