Educated up to A'Level Certificates in Secretarial Studies Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both education and skills valuable because one cannot get a good job without education. You need to have admirable skills in order to be consider for a shitable position in government or private sector. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit of working with others is to learn or copy better ideas from them and work as a team in order to achieve better goals. It is always a challenge because one has to work hard in order to compete with others and also be able to fit in their circles. Describe the benefits of working alone If one works alone, you will never learn new ideas. You will never know what team work is. You will always be conservative. What was your worst working experience? When I was sacked from my job of 24 years. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always to be smart, alert and focused and presentable and to be very secretive. What unique skills do you have? Presenting documents or letters written in very good English and always make sure that something is done to the satisfaction of the boss and others working with me. Very efficient and hardworking. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job should be a job which can cater fully for my accommodation, medical, transport etc. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Doing a job efficiently and finish it to the satisfaction of the boss or anybody else who gives it to me. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Being told to do this and that at one time without somebody realising that you are already engaged in doing something else. Working for women employers, on my part, is not interesting.
