Both the education and skills. The reason why i consider skills more valuable it is because most organizations and companies ask for experience yet sometimes you can not have skill unless you get knowledge or ideas on how to. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others are that am able to acquire better working experience and a good interpersonal relationship. Describe the benefits of working alone Am able to work with competence and under pressure in order to perform a major developmental goal. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when i was delayed by my boss yet for my sake i wanted to work under pressure and don't want to be delayed. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Hard work does lift some body's career. What unique skills do you have? Am able to communicate and talk to people without shying and I am always self driven. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Water management and Sanitary Engineer.
